In 1982, Marshall Krupp formed Community Systems Associates, Inc. as a consulting company offering services to public agencies and private business in order to guide their strategic business and financial structures and operations.  With 35-years of experience, the associates of CSA became leaders in the private business, and public and educational communities in forming public/partnerships which generated over $1.5 billion in value to our clients in just the past 15-years. Marshall Krupp has also overseen the development of an additional $1.5 billion in facility asset fro private companies.

It became apparent that the public and private sectors regularly faced crises that have personal, inter-personal, cultural and institutional consequences, many times on an emotional or psychological level. In 2008, as the economic climate began to create personal and business struggles, Mr. Krupp formed the Coaching Symposium and PAGE to address the needed coaching, mentorship and support that was not readily available.


In 2013, Mr. Krupp became designated Chair of Vistage International as a facilitator, mentor and advisor of chief executive peer private advisory boards of non-competing and successful multi-million dollar companies.  And, in 2014, Mr. Krupp became an authorized partner with of "Everything DiSC® a leading profile assessment tool and coaching/facilitation program.  

The Coaching Symposium has the professional and technical skill-set to provide personal and empowerment coaching to meet the changing lifestyles of it's clients. In addition, it provides executive and business coaching enabling clients to restructure and redirect resources, plans, and operations to serve the client's changing business environments. Most importantly, it provides the coaching, mentorship and support for its clients who face crisis situations such as mediation and dispute resolution, and crisis management and intervention.

The Coaching Symposium specializes in formulating and providing services that are tailored to fit the individual needs of the clients in collaboration with other professionals who are serving the client, such as attorneys, financial advisors, and others. 

As an avocation, Mr. Krupp is also a certified facilitator of men's personal growth trainings and travels internationally to offer support services. Mr. Krupp holds advanced degrees from California State Polytechnic University and the University of Southern California. 
Coaching can be face-to-face, individually, as a group by telephone or by SKYPE...there are unlimited possibilities to be supported.
